Summer 2024

Slava Ukraini Winds recorded at St George's Ukrainian Cathedral in Saskatoon, Canada. We provided the first recordings and the world premieres of 3 wind quintets and 2 woodwind quartets:

1) Myroslav Volynskyi: Christmas Quintet (Score & Parts available through Éditions Plamondon) - First full recording that exists.

2) Oleksandr Albul: Little Suite for Wind Quintet (Score & Parts available through Éditions Plamondon) First recording that exists.

3) Volodymyr Pavensky: Wind Quintet, op. 23 (Score & Parts available through Éditions Plamondon) World Premeire

4) Tatiana Stankovych: Unstoppable Wind of Freedom - World Premiere

5) Dmytro Demchenko: Corona Australis - World Premeire

Slava Ukraini Winds recorded at Convocation Hall at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada. We recorded the only existing recording of two woodwind quartets by deceased composers and the world premiere of a woodwind quartet and double reed duet.

Summer 2022

Slava Ukraini Winds recorded two woodwind quartets by deceased Ukrainian composers at Quance Theatre at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada. Our recording of Lyatshonsky's Suite prompted a resurgence of performances and recordings by Ukrainian musicians living abroad in the diaspora.
